This auction is for a USED spiked necklace from Hot Topic. It uses a fake leather backing, metal spikes and has a dog collar like closure. The spikes are rounded off, so no chance of drawing blood from them if you're in the pit at a concert. It is adjustable from 13 inches to 15 inches with increments at the half inch.

Like I said, this is used so it's been folded, but nothing I wouldn't wear if it were still my style. It has a crack on the inside portion at the 13.5 inch hole. I have provided a picture of that portion. There's also a scuff on the buckle that appears to be a manufacturing error, but it always hid behind my hair, so I didn't notice.
