Clean ESN, 16 gig white iPhone 3G. I purchased the phone from AT&T and it was on an At&t plan. There are no problems with the phone. It works well as a phone and/or a wifi device for apps and games. Great first phone for kids!!

I examined the phone and there isn't anything in the headphone/earphone jack hole. It must just be the photo because I shined a flashlight in just to be sure and can't see anything at all.

I shined my pen light into it and there isn't anything in there. It may just look like there is in the photo but it's clear of any obstructions.

I would call and ask t mobile just to be sure. I think they'll tell you that the phone needs to be jailbroken first.

It has a clean IMEI. I originally purchased the phone for my son but he upgraded to a Galaxy Note.

I think it does come with a sim card. I'll ask my husband when he gets home but I could have sworn I once went into At&t and they gave me a new SIM for it at one point.
