The listing, nextbook android tablet 4.0 ice cream sandwich has ended.

this is my sons tablet. he used it for a month. now it will not load. freezes up when it is turned on. you can see from pictures it turns on then stays frozen. Screen is in good shape..no cracks.. it has been sitting on a shelf for a few months so i decided to list it. if any of you know how to fix it it would make nice christmas present. my son watched youtube videos, played games from google play, candy crush, and checked his email with it.
