I think it would be okay if you listed it as a collectible. This lady listed on for me and I won it. Moderators didn't delete. If it happens they dont want the card and you post it empty for me as a collectible, I'll even comment at the bottom asking them to not delete it. This is how that the lady that I won from did it.
