It is a Size 6.

A Marquis-shaped Peridot-colored CZ, 8 mm x 14 mm sits rather low on the hand with three 3 mm clear CZs right on each side of it. But what makes it stand out as unique -- and gives it a feeling of movement -- is the second pair of three 3 mm CZs that extend beyond the first three. This is a well-made 10K Gold-Filled ring, and it looks really nice on an index finger.
