These are two little bottles found years ago . The house I grew up in was built in the 1800's and behind the house were all kinds of things!! Even arrowheads! These two are unmarked and in relatively good condition. I don't know what they were used for, possibly bitters. Maybe one of you collectors can tell me more about them! I do know bottles are a hot item today! So I figured I'd try them here and see how they do! I like these kind of collectibles because they don't take up much room! Lol! And they are an interesting gift for anyone who likes glass! They look nice in a window, with tiny dried flowers! That's how my mother had them on a shelf for decades over the kitchen sink! They can also be used to hold essence oils, ,all you need it a little cork topper! Or even to store ground spices like nutmeg , add a little bow and you've got a cute and original gift!! (Most hardware stores or craft shops sell corks).
