These are new, without the tags. They came in a package and I tried one pair on. Well...I could not wear them. The tag says XL, but they fit a lot small than that. I would say they are between Small and Medium. Cream color with gold writing. Has pockets on the side in front. Very cute. Free shipping in the US ONLY! Cannot ship outside the US-sorry.
