These are new, without the tags. They came in a package and I tried one pair on. Well...I could not wear them. The tag says XL, but they fit a lot small than that. I would say they are between Small and Medium. Black in color with gold writing. Has pockets on the side in front. Very cute. Free shipping in the US ONLY! Cannot ship outside the US-sorry. TO be honest I do not know, I fit a size 7 so probably not, BUT i have thick thighs and that was the problem, so depending on what your body type is, maybe?

actually size 7 is to big on me but the ones I had looked like they were for a child,so I figured go 1 size bigger.
