This is obviously a 'Sample'. If bidding and GIN is not used, the winner will receive one permit with the US Map.

If GIN is used, the winner will receive ONE Permit from their state (Information taken from your Listia Verified Address) as well as ONE permit with the US Map.

may i choose permit number, and request a design put on each one? one is for my sister so i want it to be special for her. we already discussed the name thing and 2 permit idea lol.

I use laminating which doesn't bend much, like a license. I shouldn't have much problem with the number ... they need to be three digits.
