Awwww. youre not stupid at all. ! DIY means ~ do it yourself. It's a self project tutorial :) I also make these shoes but I get so many requests on how I do it. So I made instructional DIY projects to teach all the young girls on a budget to look like a million dollars on their own ! I wish I knew this when I was a teenager. !!! This is very misleading. You should be more clear about the fact that there are no boots for sale here, only information on how to bling your own boots. Very misleading. Kinda like a scam in my opinion.
