The listing, Verizon EnV 3 has ended.

No charger included (uses basic phone charger), just phone, box it came in, and instruction books. Not a smartphone, but works as a good basic phone with a separate flip up key pad to text with extra screen to text with.

This can be set up as a pre paid or monthly service through Verizon only because it's deactivated through them.

If it's a plan that Verizon offers then yes...When I spoke to the Verizon Rep they said it can be transferred to anything they offer.

unfortunately not, I am a single mother just trying to help someone else with a basically free phone...I can't afford to ship without a shipping fee to bidder...I am not making any profit on the shipping only shipping for the exact cost.

Approx $5.80, not sure exactly, but that's an estimated based on 2 1/2 lbs. since I didn't know the exact weight.
