does this open up like a wallet with lots of card compartments

It unfolds like a wallet except it doesn't have that opening down length wise where you would put cash. It has 5 or 6 spaces for cards.

Love this, but have kinda a crazy ? Do u think a pack of cigarettes would fit into the expandable opening? LOL my mom is a smoker and will only use ones her "SMOKES" will fit in. :)
