Thanks for the advice. I plan to add photos as soon as I am able to, probably tonight at the latest.
BTW, I had a "neutral" feedback earlier today, my first non-positive. I was quite surprised that the "purchaser" thought she was getting a "real owl," when my item was clearly advertised as a "poster" of an owl. It seems too bad that her bizarre lack of understanding that mixed media art work on paper would IN NO WAY be a "real owl" now takes away from my heretofore 100% positive feedbacks.
I wouldn't want to hurt her feelings, but don't you agree that thinking she was bidding on "a real Owl" is strange? Thank you.

In order to have better results with this auction, please add more details regarding your item. Your auction is missing a description or picture. These two things will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. We also highly recommend that you include pictures of the actual item that is being auctioned, (not just use stock photos from the manufacturer). For higher valued items, please include a notecard or piece of paper with your Listia username in one of the pictures of the actual item. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will ask, and most importantly, you`ll get the best results with your auction.

I'm not quite sure how to answer this...It doesn't have to "button" in front , I think it looks very nice just kinda casually worn over a tee shirt or turtle neck. But it DOES lie against whatever is underneath. Does that help?
