This is a Vintage Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen 10 year Member Lapel Pin Award. I have not cleaned the green tarnish off because I am not a professional. It fastens with a screw type back. 1/10 Kt GP, as back reads, 13.5 mm and 1.5 gram weight without the back.
