I would say shipping wouldn't be free until after 4500. if you think about it, that's only $4.50. That doesn't even cover shipping.

hmm... maybe I need to use a different package... anyway I. think at least 4500 is fair. I've. had plenty of auctions in here and so far they've all worked out just fine. The ones I listed as free shipping went over 4500.
