This dress has beautiful eyelet underpinning..Its spagetti strapped and has gathering under the breast with a bow that ties in the back.Its great for the upcoming Spring season and has no rips,tears,holes etc. I cannot do free shipping on this and Im very sorry.Feel free to ask any and all questions.
