The listing, ***Fennel Seeds*** has ended.
This is Fennel Seeds from this years crop, there is 1/4 of a generous Tsp of seed to whoever Wins the bid. You plant this Spring, and you should get back a lot of seeds this fall. We have one bulb of Fennel that we just leave it along, it dies back in the fall and comes right back in the spring every year. You can eat everything about it, and use the feathery springs for dish garnish. It taste like licorice to me, chefs use the bulbs chopped up w/ onions and make a soup out of it. We use it for the Butterflies they are attracted to it, lay their caterpillars on it, eat, and grow on it till they hatch out to more Butterflies.
