This is a Clinique Color Surge Eye Shadow Trio (gwp)
The sliding green case holds 3 shadows and a foam applicator stick.
The colors are Buttermilk, Lilac Truffle, and what appears to be Chocolate.
(it doesn't say, very odd) New, never used.
