Hi everyone so sorry to confuse you ....been trying to respond on the run and been working alot of hours Again Sorry .... Here is the info you all need

It can only be used w/ us cell unless you have it unlocked and I not sure how that all works ....I believe you can when the esn is clean (not remaining balance on account) The account it was used for is still active and paid
