yes one membership will work on ps3 ,ps4 and ps vita systems. for a ps4 its a must for online gaming but for ps3/ps vita it grants tons of free games and MAJOR discounts monthly current free games are grid 2 and binary domain for dec and there is also 4-5 more free one up at present for free

unfortunately you must maintain a ps plus membership to continue playing any free games you download but any you buy at a SUBSTANTIAL discount are always available to you regardless of membership status but its such a good deal i have mine all paid up to 2016
