The listing, ASIAN BRUSHWASHER WITH DRAGON!!!! has ended.

This is a spectacular Asian Antique Brushwasher , hand carved from a large piece of bamboo!! I would say it's most likely from Japan, and it is the largest brushwasher I have ever seen! These were meant to clean brushes as the mater calligrapher painted. This obviously belonged to someone quite important to be the size it is!! Most stand about 6 to 9 inches tall! This is from an extraordinarily large piece of bamboo, too! The carving is amazing! The Dragon swirls around the whole piece! The condition is good, except the hole worn through the middle (see pic 5) so if you want to use it for calligraphy a vessel or vase can be fitted inside(it can also be used for flowers if water is put in carefully!.Another idea I had (since it already has a hole) is to run an electric wire(lamp kit) through it , put a thick ,cut o size , piece of cork, wood or even brass or copper over the top , and a round wooden or marble or meta;l base on the bottom, and Wow!! What a fantastic lamp it wood make!! Many hardware stores do wire lamps, or they sell do it yourself kits.(My mother made one from a Ming vase ,it came out great!). Any questions? Please just ask!!

Im sorry its very beautiful i want it but if you dont have paypal i cant do business with you because i been beaten three times sending money orders or cash and never receive the the items i won and paid shipping for you can download paypal for free with a smartphone and lista will only return your credits not your money and i would love to have this item

You can prepay the shipping , I think with Paypal, that's what someone else is doing , sending me a prepaid label. Also just so you know ,(look at my feedback, only one sourpuss , lol! had a problem , but I had already returned her credits AND her money!! And still she gave me bad feedback!!! But I'm not going to push you, I find if people are hesitant , even though my feedback is all good except for 1 out of 120 or so auctions(and she even says she got her money And Credits back, you know, I'm not a scammer!Or trying to cheat anyone! You have to look at a person's history of sales before you buy.(And I don't have a smartphone , if you are suggesting that I download Paypal? I explained before, I did have it , but I never used it , so Paypal did something(deactivated it? I forget) it never worked, so I never was able to get and transactions in or out. So it's not that I don't want to, I can't!! Lol! It just doesn't work! Maybe it was a glitch only on my acct. I don't know. All I know is they tell me everything is fine, my bank says all is good , but why I could never use it, nor my customers(on another site) couldn't , I have no clue!! Sorry.Do the prepaid label if you like.

How do u do prepaid I never heard of that so u gonna have to walk me thru it they have some crazy ppl on LISTIA I won 4 auctions and the person refuse to send me a invoice from PayPal and I won one of his auction before he sent the invoice but I got a strong feeling I'm gonna get beat again LISTIA need to delete PPL who steal money for shipping make u wanna choke them or something lol I lost to much money with these fake auctions have u ever thought of bringing it to an antique dealer and see how much it's worth I would u may be giving away a few hundred or thousands of dollars just asking if I win and find its worth a lot I will give u half ok but teach me this prepaid thing

Lol! Ok ,that would be great if you split the profits!! Nice of you to offer! Usually that's how I get ripped off! I just don't have time or funds to research all of the things I have!! I think you are right , it could be in the hundreds of thousands , who knows!! (Well, I think someone must!) I just have too much stuff , it would be great to have a fulltime research assistant but I don't. And the Prepaid shipping I think you go to USPS,com (or call) and they can tell you how,I just know someone is sending me a printed label for an item I auctioned, But like I said the most important thing is to be sure your seller has had many successful sales. I can be slow getting things shipped. sometimes, but that's the worst anyone can say about me!! Lol!
