JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!!! I will send (email) the winner the recipe for this fabulous salad! We get requests for it every time we take it anywhere!

It's pretty easy to make, too. You do need a food processor... you can do it without one, but it is so much easier with the processor! Also, we have tweaked it to fit the people who will be eating it... sometimes we leave out or add extra items. I will send (EMAIL - DIGITAL DELIVERY) the basic recipe, and I will add notes for what we have tried in the past... and what seems to be the most popular!

We usually prepare this recipe around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays b'c the cranberries are available fresh in the supermarket. It can be a salad --- but it can also be a sensible dessert! :)

File this part somewhere in your brain for the future: Chop (use food processor) lots of cranberries while they are fresh (and while you have the food processor out that one time so there's only one time to wash it!), and freeze the CHOPPED cranberries (measured in cups) in freezer bags. You can take them out during the rest of the winter and make this fabulous salad even when you can't find fresh cranberries in the supermarket!
