I think you can get apps but have to purchase them. My mom loved this phone but got on a New phone plan. I'm not sure of all its capabilities but it's a nice little touch screen phone. Definately a good upgrade from a standard cellphone. Hope this helps. It has hardly been used and in good shape

I already packaged the item ma'am wrapped and ready to go, you can search online, if you have tracfone service in your area, all you would need is a new SIM card I believe. My mother moved from the pan handle of Texas down to south Texas and it worked just fine. hope that helps. The only thing she had to do was get a new SIM card

You can go to unmet.com and get free downloaded games for this model of phone and there are videos that show you how to download apps for this phone as well. hope that helps
