Really cute parrot robot. It talks, whistles, and repeats what you say. Battery operated (4 AA Batteries, included). The cover to the batteries has a latch that keeps it shut but it also is secured with a small screw, which I just noticed is missing. The cover stays shut and doesn't pop open. It works as good as the day I bought it. It's head and tail moves you can lift the wings up. The eyes light up and blink off and on when it talks or whistles. I don't have the instruction manual but all you do is turn the switch on and if you notice the last picture, you push that little red button and the little flap comes open and that is what activates the parrot to your voice and I even think movement activates it. You might be able to get a manual online, I haven't tried. I love this thing and hate to part with it but I'm cleaning things out and it sits around gathering dust and I really want someone else to get to enjoy it. This is a fun toy for children and adults.
