New without tags XS doggie jacket.

I bought it thinking it was a size small. After quickly trying it around my little girls chest, I realized my mistake.

Around the chest measures approx 12".
From neck to tail hem approx 11"
Neck opening approx 8 1/2"

It is super soft fleece in a cute plaid of pinks and navy blue/purple. Very warm!

Fastened together by 3 strips of velcro.

You would have to measure around the chest and see if it's bigger than 12 inches. If it's bigger than that, it will probably be too small. That was the mistake I made, I should have measures my pups first! :)
