You can do it without stretching. If you feel like doing it stretched as well, I wouldn't object, but it's not necessary.

Do you have a measuring tape and/or ruler? If you lay it flat, you can measure across the largest part of the chest (usually armpit to armpit), the thinnest part of the waist, and shoulder seam to hem. Those are the standard three and can help those of us who are cusp sizes. :)

okay, I will do that as soon as I can. Its a stretchy jersey fabric, do I want to stretch it a little? Or should I measure it before stretching?

the pictures for the measurements are up, let me know if you need more information. I used the flash and it made it look more emerald green, the first 2 pictures are closer to the actual color. The numbers on the tape measure wouldnt show up without the flash. the color of the dress is closer to a forest green
