Pages are colorfully indexed from A to Z with four (4) sections on every page for listing person's name, address, home telephone number, cell phone number, and E-mail address (see photo #2). There are Twelve (12) extra pages at the back of book. Also includes a Personal Memoranda page as its first page (see photo #3). Back cover of book is color black.

Front cover is of a holographic-type design (see photo #1). Both "Barbie" images change to a different "Barbie" image, plus colors and shapes change when book is moved back and forth. Cute!

Like-new condition (never been used!), but item is old and has been stored for a long time. Bottom left edge of front cover has a tiny area of discoloration under the plastic (see photo #4) AND back cover has two mars (see photo #5).
