Vintage Japanese Geisha Girl Doll Figurine in Kimino. Very beautiful. It is a little beat up, base is wood and paint has chipped off some, figure is a little loss on base. I do not know who made it there is no manufacturing mark or any writing any where.

OMG-awesome piece--my mother made about 18 of these dolls in Japan in 1966-these are all handmade--every hair is rooted one at a time--all hand painted--clothes handmade--if yours are like mine--u have a great vintage authentic handmade item here--I even have a newspaper article dated 1968-with our pictue and the dolls behind us in the photo--

Are their any markings or stickers on the side or bottom of the base? Usually there are thing like that. Also, how tall is the doll?

There are no markings. It is about a foot tall
