To open a paypal account. Go to paypal.com n register your information instead of using ur personal accounts I would use a prepaid visa like one from Walmart. If you have to pay someone shipping this is a safer way rather than sending money or money order in mail. All you have to have is your email and thier email when transferring money via paypal. I only bid if the person has a paypal.
