This is a genuine amethyst in a tear drop shape. I don't know the size, but the one photo has a coin beside it so hope that helps. This would look lovely in a pendant style necklace.

I also have one in oval shape and 3 heart shaped Amethyst stones. However this auction is for the tear drop Amethyst (ONLY).

No there is no whole but it can be set into a pendant in an appropriate setting of course. A jeweler could do that. Thanks for looking.

No problem. You would have to ask a jeweler if he or she could put a whole in it I suppose but that definitely would need a professional to do the handiwork.
