if u get outbid u get ur credits back anyway don't need a refund.

You no longer get your credits back if you bid and do not pay for shipping (unless the seller decides that they want to but they no longer HAVE to). Why because listia now has it so that the buyer has to CLICK on the agreement to pay for shipping BEFORE you are able to place a bid. So there are no more excuses that a person can use saying that they didn't know that they was a shipping charge.
