GREAT CHRISTMAS PRESENT!! Never used this bag because it is too small for me, but cute nonetheless. I just prefer the suitcase handbags lol. It is pastel striped and in immaculate condition! There are no marks, scratches, or any signs of use at all because it has never been used! I guess you can say NWOT! Shipping free!!!! It is authentic Kate Spade and the leather trim on the front (as you can see in the pics) has the Kate Spade logo engraved on it. The tag on the inside shows made in China. Yes I believe so. It was a gift from someone who doesn't buy counterfeit.

Great news...I researched the Kate Spade counterfeiting online and this is definitely legit. I call ed my friend who gave it to me as a gift and she broke down and admitted she had bought it for herself years ago at Saks! She said after never using it, she gave it to me as a gift! So rest assured it is a real Kate Spade!
