also ... is the software pre-loaded on this? So many R4's out there & I will snag this up in a heartbeat IF you have the software already on it. Roms aren;'t neccesary as I have a boatload

yea the software is on it it also has the software to watch movies I forgot what its called "moonlight" I think.. I don't have the option for BIN

no unfortunately it doesn't work with the 3ds I used it for my DS lite it only works with DS and DS lite.

no I think you mean the 3DS, this only works on the older model DS or DS lite, sorry.
