This is an old Vintage Victorian hand held fan from the late 1800's-to early 1900's. Hand painted cloth fan with lotsa detail. Its a must see to really appreciate.And the best thing bout this item is it still works. LOL jk. Its a great peice of art as well as history

How do I find that out this is a piece of treasure that has been in my family for almost if not a hundred years forgive me if the instructions have gotten lost. I'm not asking for an arm or leg. If you like it u like it if you don't u don't it's ok.

it looks like the left hand side piece is missing.also ,how do you know the fan is victorian.the right side piece is stamped in a modern pattern.the victorians didn;t do it that way.do you have a provenence for it?

No nothing is broke on it and to be honest I'm going on what my mom has told me it was her mothers and I really don't know why she would lie about it. I have a lot of vintage antique belongings she has left to me after passing in sept. But if you have your doubts then by a all means please don't bid
