Vintage Ashtray, Old & Odd to say the least~ The bottom is stamped: "Made by LEO", Schlesinger & Co NY.
Measures 3" in circumference. From the late 30's to early 40's. This is an EXPENSIVE ITEM, I HAD NO CLUE WHO "LEO SCHLESINGER" even was! He is THEE DIAMOND EXPERT/MAKER! Well known, but but Me of course. Thanks to My Friend Karen I now know.... Bless You Karen....

Leo Schlesinger is the jeweler who makes "The Leo" diamonds. You might have something a little more valuable than you think. I know for certain that his jewelry is VERY expensive just because he made it.
