this is a large, marquis cut ring. The band is silver, something is stamped on it, 2 letters, one appears to be an "R". I do not know the metal type or what stone is made of, however I do know it is one of the breast cancer awareness rings sold by Avon. It has a ring sizer built in, I wear an 8 and it will go a bit larger. This is new, never worn, except for this picture.. The stone is huge, I tried to take picture so you can see, I rarely wear jewelry so I am listing it here. It comes with small pink box with white ribbon built in on lid. It is ready for gift giving.
