how much is the shipping and would you take a money order

I have a Postage Scale on its way, I thought I would of had them by now. But I will know shipping cost in a day or two. I could if its a postal money order , one you get from the post office. I don't have a bank account and I find it hard to get the other money orders cashed. I don't understand it but alot of places with not cash money orders.. thanks for looking and go check out my other auctions
