Normally I'm a size 0-1. These fit like a 0 at the waist even though they're a size 2. I'm 5'7" and the length is perfect. Not too long and not too short.

Yea, I usually wear a 2or3. Depends on how they are made but I'm only 4foot 10 1/2 inches. I never find ones to fit my height. Usually have to hem.

I can't get an official measure but to me they fit like a 0. So maybe 24 inch waist.
