do you know if amazon is the only place to get the filters. And...sorry for so many questions...how quiet is it? I have a couple of different brands and they are no so quiet.

When it is on low and med it is nice and quiet , I mean I've had 3 babies sleep through the sound of it. Check out hunterfan.com other than that I am not sure about local places.
