yes it comes with a charger
it does have little scratches on the screen
I will place some pics of the charger the one I have is not a dsi but it works it even changes into a car charger for on the go

Look to the round things on the bottom left hand side of your screen and will show you what to do to get verified. They will verify your phone number and pay-pal account if you have one etc.. It is really easy, Just hollar at me on facebook if you can't get it, I am under Malinda Mauney
