It's not my pattern. I think it comes from JoAnn's when I was in buying yarn. Can't remember the number of stitches. Maybe 78???
Row 1: k2, p2
Row 2: repeat row1
Row 3 and 4: p1, k2, p2, to end. End with p1
Row 5 and 6: p2,k2
Row 7 and 8: k1, p2, k2 to end. End with k1
Repeat 8 rows 6 times

I actually started this same pattern on a scarf for my dad! (EIther it's the same or very similar.) You can make it any length/ width & The diagonal rib makes it look so sophisticated and lovely! Is yours reversible?
