Correct that's right I have one of my own and one day I was walking across a cross walk to target and I saw 5 teen age boys messing with each other as they walked across the street All of them saw me and the hat I had on my head. So I told them to stop messing around and stay safe walking across the street for now on ok and they sead yes officer

It is illegal to impersonate a police officer. It is taken seriously by law enforcement and any REPUTABLE company would not sell these hats to anyone that did not provide proof that they were a police officer.
I do appreciate the fact that you so admit to your actions online! It will come in as undeniable evidence one day! And for any winner of this hat; this message shall serve as acknowledgement that upon winning this hat and receiving it; if in fact you do attempt such a crime that you had full knowledge that it is a crime.
