You're bidding on a new, with tags, dress. I purchased this last summer. The tags say medium, but it runs very small, and didnt fit me well (i'm a 5). It is made of a stretchy, form fitting material. It is a Mini. Dress is sassy looking with its off shoulder, ruffled collar, and tie back bow. Also, there is a zipper on the side. Dress is from AllegraK. Would be very cute for going out in!
