Here's a fun twist on the cake pop fad...pie pops! This is an easy way to whip up some delicious treats quickly.

Use your favorite pie crust or biscuit dough, cut into shape with the included cutter & place on the electric griddle. Place small spoonful of filling in center of the crust. Add popsicle stick. Add top crust. Close the lid & bake. Think about instant apple pies & how good your house will smell!! So good & so easy!!

Using a regular 9" pie crust, you can make 14-16 pie pops. I've included a pic showing suggestions for fillings & toppings ...just in case anyone needed inspiration....

You could use this to make appetizers...think buffalo wing pies, spinach pies, ham & cheese, broccoli & cheese, pizza, taco, etc...
