The listing, LONGABERGER PICNIC BASKET has ended.

Large Longaberger Picnic Basket. 17 long X13 deep X 11" H , inside is a shelf so you can put a pie or other dish under it. These are the old ones that darkens with age . Its at lest 20 yr. old now has only been use as home deco . It is in perfect condition !
** All my items have good photos and described well when listed .But always glad to answer your questions .
*You have 7 days after auction ends to send me the money as soon as I get the money and a verified addresses I will ship to you . I then will then provide the buyer with a tracking # When they should get it.
* At this time I only do Money orders . I have never had the need to us pay-Pal . If I do this in the long run I will get with pay-pal.
*If I haven't gotten the money within the 7 day then the winner will lose all auctioned credits, And I will re-post this Item.

How is this in perfect condition if the lid is warped? I have this exact basket and mine is in a lot better condition than this one. But you consider this perfect?

It doesn't have any split or broken weaves the lid can be fixed if you read my other replies . If I can find the time I will fix it my self .

I agree with teresamason3, I also have this basket dated 1997, sorry sweetie but the lid is warped and it decreases the value. And u should have PayPal. U get ur shipping dues right away. It is better for both parties, cause this time of year it could take more than 7 days to receive the money. :-) good luck with your auction.

For the warped lid is all you have to do is soak it in water & close it put waits on it tell it dry's . your spouse to get them wet every so often to keep them from splitting too.

I'm in the proses of fixing it now I will post a new photo when its done .
I cant pay the shipping on any of my Longaberger basket's because they are not cheep . But I thought it would be nice to give the Listia people out there a chance to get one with points .

You NEVER put water on your baskets. It damages them not makes them not split. It will shrink the slats and make the weave loose. Besides it will lower the value of the basket. I don't know who told you to do that to your baskets but they are 100% wrong. I have spoke with people from Longaberger directly and they have never heard of it before and it you did do that you will damage them.

I don't know what it would cost for any of the states at this time but on Tuesday I will go to UPS and check it out . thank you for your interest. I've been very busy this week. I would not have put this up if I had known it was going to be a week on the run :(
