I won this in a previous auction hoping that my daughter would like it since she was constantly wanting to be held. Unfortunately she did not take to it so hopefully someone else can get some use out of it!

No its not adjustable. If you're into sewing maybe you could take the hem in a bit to make it fit?

would this sling be easy enough to breastfeed a baby in?

I've seen pictures of mothers breastfeeding using them but I would have to say it depends on the size of your baby or your breast size.
