Hi neighbor, I just moved to the Pocono Area a couple of months ago from New York. One time I was the leader of a bus trip with about 50 people and McDonalds was such a bad experience for everyone that I received comps for every person. To make up for McDonalds the next stop for food was on me. I think the staff just couldn't handle the volume and I had called days ahead of time. You can also look for McDonalds Customer Relations phone number to tell them of your bad experience and get a couple coupons. Thanks and Happy Holidays!
