I have a quick question it's been awhile since I've had marigolds, but how tall do they get and how would you describe their smell?

These can get up to 5 feet tall because that's how tall the ones i grew got,the smell is hard to describe,but i think they smell great and they do have a loud scent,they will also keep pests out of your garden.
