The hair was sold at auction in 03 by elvis s hair stylist Gill Gilleland before that the hair was authenticated by john reznikoff from university archives each strand has been scientifically marked with invisible compound incase you tried to open the encapsuled card and remove or replace the hair Its all authenticated by GAI which is one of the top authenticators Its comes with the information on the back of the card which is the certificate

GAI is one of the top 3 Authenticators in the game. Probably the toughest out of the big 3, so this is defiantly one to own. I wanted this for my mother but it has went a little beyond my price range but it is still worth a lot more. Good luck everyone, glad to see everyone did "pony up" lol
