This would be great for one of the twins who likes to get his diaper off! We've tried all kinds of diaper covers and clothes, and he is just too much curiosity for a 13 m/o.

I'm using pocket diapers that have PUL on the outside layer- I'm thinking about starting to use pre-folds. If this is fleece how would the pee not soak out?

Because the fleece is waterproof, babies do not soak through to their clothes, even overnight. If you've ever worn a fleece jacket in the rain you will see the rain roll right off it. Fleece breaths too similar to cotton so the baby doesn't sweat in the summer. Fleece is amazing!!
